I only look so angry because I have my mouthguard in.

Michelle helps me stretch.

I call this the angry flamingo.

Once again I didn't have my hands up.

Still don't have my hands up. Also those shorts make my stomach look fatter than it is I swear, the waist band pushes all the fat into one place.

That's a good look for me.

I think this was one of the few times I actually landed a punch.

I really should have kept my hands up.

My jaw hurt.

I didn't really get knocked silly, but I look like it in this picture.

Post fight head massage, you can kind of see the leg print on my chest from a big kick.

They gave me a bottle of cologne as a consolation prize, I guess that was there way of saying "you stink".
